Processing Time

1. All orders are processed by our careful fulfillment team within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

2. Customized orders may take longer, depending on the complexity of the order.

3. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

4. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is shipped out. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.

Delivery Time

1. Normally, we send out your order by FedEx or UPS. If you prefer other shipping methods, please inform us before placing your order.

2. Orders will be received in 3-5 business days to most countries. We offer free shipping for orders over $159.

Defective, Damaged, and Lost Items

We are responsible for any products that are defective, damaged, or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please take pictures of the parcel and contact us immediately.

1. If the product is defective, we will send you a part replacement, a partial, or full refund.

2. If the product is damaged or lost, we will send you a new package for free.

Additional Information

1. On rare occasions, international shipping to some countries may take 5-10 days or longer, especially in countries with slower shipping processes such as Brazil, Mexico, and Romania.

2. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.

How to Track

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
