Please review your order immediately upon receipt. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, remember that refund or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase and must comply with the criteria listed below:
Refund/Exchange Policy
Time Frame:
You must contact our customer service within 7 days of purchase to request a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements:
- The hair must not have been installed, colored, cut, or modified in any way that could affect its resale value.
- The hair should remain in its original bundle with the top still tied.
- The hair must be in its original packaging.
NOTICE: CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
Please avoid sending unauthorized returns. We are not responsible for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to an incorrect address.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. Returned products and any exchanged items must be shipped at your expense.
Note: We recommend using a shipping service that offers signature confirmation and/or insurance for your package.
How to Request a Refund/Exchange:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Depending on your situation, we may ask you to provide photos or videos of the hair.
- The return package must include your name, contact number, and order ID.
Exchange Process:
Merchandise must be received at our corporate office and all items verified as correct before an exchange can be processed.
Refund Process:
Merchandise must be received at our corporate office and all items verified as correct before a refund is issued. The refund will cover the purchase price of the product only, excluding shipping costs.
