Refund/Exchange Policy

You must contact our customer service within 7 days of purchase to request a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. The hair must not have been installed, colored, cut, or modified in any way that could affect its resale value.
  2. The hair should remain in its original bundle with the top still tied.
  3. The hair must be in its original packaging.

NOTICE: CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Please avoid sending unauthorized returns. We are not responsible for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to an incorrect address.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. Returned products and any exchanged items must be shipped at your expense.
Note: We recommend using a shipping service that offers signature confirmation and/or insurance for your package.

How to Request a Refund/Exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Depending on your situation, we may ask you to provide photos or videos of the hair.
  • The return package must include your name, contact number, and order ID.

Exchange Process:
Merchandise must be received at our corporate office and all items verified as correct before an exchange can be processed.

Refund Process:
Merchandise must be received at our corporate office and all items verified as correct before a refund is issued. The refund will cover the purchase price of the product only, excluding shipping costs.
